Reading with a child? Download the printable section →
Through this issue, we invite you to pay attention to the incredible world of Indian children’s literature with us and think about the directions it can take as it grows.
The issue is divided into three sections. The first is a special section for children, featuring stories, poems and picture narratives. The second brings together essays and reflections on children’s literature. The third introduces readers to books, authors and characters that have shaped generations of young readers.
We hope that, through the many books mentioned in these pages, both children and adults discover characters, worlds and questions that stay with them long after the last page.
